Mr. Keep currently is CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm. He also serves as an officer and/or director for several natural resource companies. From January 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Keep was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial Corporation, September 1997 until March 2004, he was Senior Vice President and a director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., and from April 1987 until October 1997, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance in the Natural Resource group of Yorkton Securities Inc. He obtained his B.Sc. in Geological Science from Queen’s University in 1979 and his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1983 and is a Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia.
Mr. Khunkhun has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration, and development sector with a focus on enhancing shareholder value. Rob is an accomplished geologist, executive and third-generation miner from Stewart, BC. He has extensive experience in gold projects throughout North America including multiple discoveries and Company sales. He was previously CEO of IDM Mining, who advanced the Red Mountain Project through resource expansion, feasibility and receipt of EA and EIS approvals and was acquired by Ascot in 2019. Rob is a partner in the Fiore Group and co-founder with the Nisga’a Nation of Nations Royalty Corp, with Selkirk First Nation of Selkirk Copper Mines and West Red Lake Gold Mines. He is a Director of Nations Royalty, Dolly Varden Silver and Nexgold Mining, Rob is an advisor to several additional junior Companies and Director of the Britannia Mine Museum. Harris began his career in ASARCO’s management development program at the Ray copper mine in Arizona and has since held executive leadership roles across the Americas and the Middle East. As Senior Vice President and Country Manager of Corriente Resources, he guided Ecuador’s Mirador copper project from feasibility into construction, culminating in its US$690 million acquisition and the development of the country’s first industrial-scale copper mine. Derrick Pattenden is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Nations Royalty Corp. (TSX-V: NRC). He was an accomplished investment banker with 15 years of extensive experience in the mining industry, specializing in finance, mergers, and acquisitions. Throughout his banking career, he has completed M&A transactions with a combined equity value of over C$20 billion. He also served as Project Director for Eldorado Gold for their Greek assets and was responsible for the development of both the Skouries and Olympias projects which together had a capex of over US$1B. Mr. Williams has extensive open-pit development experience from his time working with Rio Tinto at the Iron Ore Company of Canada and at Kaunis Iron in Northern Sweden where he, as Project Director, was responsible for the successful staged development of this large, open-pit iron ore operation from early exploration into commercial operation over a rapid 3.5 year period. Ranj Pillai is a business executive and former public sector leader who served as the tenth Premier of Yukon. Over nearly a decade in territorial politics, he held the positions of Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, Minister of Economic Development, and Minister responsible for the Yukon Energy Corporation and the Yukon Housing Corporation.
As a cabinet minister, Ranj focused on strengthening and diversifying the Yukon’s economy through the responsible development of the territory’s resource sectors, investment in strategic infrastructure, and targeted support for entrepreneurs, while advancing reconciliation. He has extensive experience exploring for orogenic gold systems in Australia and has also worked on a range of base metal deposit styles including porphyry copper, VMS copper-lead-zinc, Mississippi Valley type lead-zinc, and nickel laterite deposits.
